We’d like to thank all our agent partners for their business this year and wish you all a happy Christmas and prosperous 2022. It’s always a time of reflection at the end of the year when businesses look at what they’ve achieved and the plans for the coming year.
We were delighted to launch our National Property Photograph Awards (NPPA) this year to celebrate the work of our network of professional photographers across the UK delivering outstanding photographs and 360 tours to our agents. We’ve already seen some outstanding winners scooping the external and internal awards and will be hosting a prestigious awards ceremony in February to vote for annual winners.
Speaking of awards, we were delighted to be an executive partner at this year’s ESTAS and a sponsor of The Negotiator Awards. These were both a return to the live events we all know and love, after Covid restrictions meant a virtual event in 2020, and a great opportunity to catch up with all our industry friends.
Another big news story for FocalAgent this year is our collaboration with Matterport to offer 360 tours to all our agent partners. Vendor expectations are a major driving force behind the recent explosion in 360 tours. Increasingly vendors want buyers vetted and fully engaged before they walk through the actual front door, saving agents time and resources too and we’re bringing the best in market to do exactly that.
We’re also very excited to be part of #EA2030, a proptech business collaboration exploring the future of estate agency helping estate agents deliver a better service throughout the sales cycle. We’re working together with Spectre, Sprift, Viewber and ASAP to allow you to outsource tasks that you shouldn’t have to worry about in the 21st century, so you can spend time on the high-value activities, while consumers get to enjoy a faster, better and more impressive experience.
