As of today, we're officially in the quietest month of the year for the property industry. Convenient, right? That gives you more time to fret over what socks to buy dad (hint: these ones) and kick back with some mulled wine.
But as with every seasonal industry, one month is never like the last and between December and January, we see the biggest leap. In fact, if you're a FocalAgent photographer, you'll be three times as busy in January as you are right now.
As you can see in this graph, FocalAgent's - and the industry's - peak season is from late January to the end of April.
2016 has been the biggest year yet for us and our network of photographers. Together we're processing in excess of 2.5m photos a year, which is a huge increase from 2015.
