Zoopla have revealed the top search terms used by visitors to their portal over the past 12 months. Interestingly, the top 3 all relate to the exterior:
- Garage
- Parking
- Garden
There were variations based on region with “sea view” making it to the top 10 in SW England and “pool” featuring highly in the East.
