FocalAgent gets onboard with The ESTAS
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve signed up as an executive partner for the ESTAS 2021 Forum and Awards. The ESTAS is an independent customer review scheme for estate agents, letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers across the UK, recognising the very best in customer service.
Companies who sign up are committed to giving the best service and ask for feedback from their customers that is then qualified and validated by The ESTAS as genuine. Businesses large and small can stream customer reviews straight through to their website which can also be used to create Google Reviews at the same time, increasing customer engagement and winning business. All members are then automatically entered into the prestigious annual ESTAS awards, motivating staff throughout the year to be the best.
For the first time this year, the ESTAS Customer Service Awards ceremony in October will be preceded by The ESTAS Forum focusing on the relationship between agents and conveyancers in a series of panel discussions.
