We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager to lead our Innovation Squad.
Who we need: A creative and entrepreneurial Product Manager/Senior Product Manager. Your role will be to lead product innovation at FocalAgent. Researching and analysing the digital product space for estate agency in the UK and working to build a deep understanding of customer’s problems, to inform the development of new products and services.
What you’ll be doing: Once you’ve done your research (speaking to our customers, our internal stakeholders, looking at what our competitors are doing, etc.) you’ll be working with your own squad to build small, workable products and services to test with our customers. You’ll build, learn and iterate and, if they get traction, work to scale your products directly in-market with our customers.

Desired experience/skills: You’ve worked as a product manager on a new product or within a start-up. You’ve worked directly with designers and developers to articulate your vision and get stuff built and over the line. You’re comfortable with a bit of ambiguity on the ‘what’ and are pro-active at solving that ambiguity with your own research into the ‘why’.
