FocalAgent takes the health and safety of all its customers and photographers very seriously. Now the government has relaxed its guidelines please find below the safety measures we’re taking to ensure site visits continue to proceed in a safe manner.
If you’re uncomfortable with the visit, please let us know and we’ll happily rearrange for whenever you are comfortable.
Our photographers and energy assessors will:
- Continue to follow government advice
- Offer to wear a face mask if the people present at the property would prefer
- Use common sense and ensure you’re comfortable with the visit
We’re also asking the person present at the property to follow government advice and use common sense.
