A recent study by Engen Group has revealed that 63% of current non-home owners want to buy soon.
Of the remaining people who don’t currently own a home, 23% said they did not want to own one.
As expected, the biggest barrier for those people who wish to buy was the cost of buying. 14% of people said that buying was too expensive and 7% believed they were too old to buy!
