Sean Newman, the chairman of notable estate agent – Newman Property Experts has made an interesting prediction this week – forecasting that Facebook Marketplace could become a real alternative to Rightmove as a place to list properties.
He believes that in a years time, Facebook could be as likely an option for potential buyers as anywhere else. Speaking on his prediction, he said:
“Anyone setting up a rival to Rightmove has an almost impossible task to get public awareness and spend enough on marketing, but that’s not the case with Facebook: it’s already known to everyone and isn’t going to close down anytime soon”
