In a year where there has been a lot of news around falling profits and increased losses, 70 branch agency Dexters has reported record sales of £100m for their financial year through to September this year.
This contrasts with Foxtons who reported losses of £17m in 2018 and Purplebricks who reported sales of £90m for the same year.
Dexters has made a number of purchases including Jackson Stops and Frank Harris. They also announced a partnership with mayfair firm Wetherell earlier this week.
