High end agency, Savills has this week predicted that house price growth in the NW of England will grow 6x faster than London’s. The claim which comes in their 5 year price forecast is based on assumptions that the UK will achieve an orderly Brexit during 2020 and will avoid a recession.
Their forecast predicts an overall 15.3% increase in house prices over the next 5 years bringing an average of £266k by 2024. They predict that the North West will see increase of 24% compared with 4% in Greater London.
