Whilst it’s widely being reported that demand bounced in the first 4 weeks of 2020, this is not the case for supply in the South East & London according to Zoopla research.
The research indicates that new sales listings in London were down 6% on the same period the year before. The figure was a drop of between 1-2% in the South East.
The same research reported a 2% increase in new listings across the rest of the country for the same period.
