It’s been a busy twelve months here at FocalAgent and as Christmas approaches, we look back on an exciting year which saw us help more estate agents than ever before create beautiful visual content.
Growing our pro network
We’ve welcomed almost 200 new photographers to our network of over 1,000 pros, carefully sifted from the 400 – 500 applicants we get every single month. That means we only work with the very best in the business and we can now offer agents even more choice and greater UK-wide coverage. Our photographers are often the first people vendors will meet once contracts are signed, so it’s vital you can trust them to deliver an excellent customer experience. With vendor feedback now going directly to the pros via our latest app update, we’re happy to report our network has achieved an incredible vendor satisfaction rating of 4.9 stars from 54,000 ratings.
Thousands of photos, marketing packs and video tours
Our photographers have taken more than 7 million property photos, created nearly 200,000 marketing packs and our videos have been watched for 66,000 hours over the course of 2022, ensuring you stand out from the crowd and grow a reputation for marketing excellence. But it’s not just about quantity, it’s quality that counts. The FocalAgent National Property Photography Awards celebrate the best external and internal shots each month and this year’s winners have been truly outstanding.
Aerial photography launch
In May we took to the skies with the launch of our new elevated aerial photography service, providing agents with high-definition drone photography from 120 metres above the ground, as well as elevated pole photography capturing the external view of a property from a striking higher angle. Both have proved immensely popular, quickly becoming a go-to for agents seeking to take their listings to new heights and prove to clients they’re serious about property marketing.
Big plans ahead for 2023
Looking ahead to the new year we have big plans afoot, including the launch of a game-changing new video product and a major update to our platform enabling us to improve the quality of finished photography even further. Watch this space for announcements in the next few months!
